    Industrial Offset Inks for Plastics

Ink Mark on Pallet WrapWhen you need to print a company logo, product information or batch codes on plastic products, just name your plastic and Matthews will provide you with a complete marking solution.

From ABS to PVC, Matthews has developed a wide range of inks that provide excellent adhesion, quick dry times and vibrant contrasting colors on a variety of plastics. Extensive research and development have yielded some very unique inks for marking plastics.

Our newest inks reflect this commitment to new ink development. M-679 and M-680 inks are the first of their kind for marking both rigid and flexible, untreated polyethylene. Until now, achieving proper ink adhesion on polyethylene was preceded by expensive and complicated processes, such as heat and corona treatments. Ink Mark on Plastic BagWith these new inks, you can achieve excellent adhesion, bright colors and fast dry times when printing on shrink wrap, garbage bags, flexible poly film, polyethylene pipe and bottles.

These inks work with our Print-A-Mark™ line of industrial offset printers. A standard for many industrial printing applications, they provide economical and reliable printing at fast speeds up to 800 fpm.
