new S.C.I. F.I. 3200 valve jet printer gives customers a new dimension
in small character marking offering an alternative choice in today's competitive
industrial markets. This Drop on Demand™, valve printer is a unique
approach to small character ink jet printing utilizing a pressurized ink
supply. The 3200 is capable of printing one or two lines of adjustable
characters at speeds up to 240 fpm. Matthews has enhanced the throw distance
for difficult applications and created a special formulation of inks.
The new S.C.I.
F.I. 3200 also provides a single source of data control with its built
in networking software MATTCOM™. This feature makes it easy to monitor
and control coding systems for reliable, uninterrupted printing. The new
S.C.I. F.I. 3200 is rugged and reliable for all industrial printing
needs. This printer is perfect in applications, which have vibration,
dust and other production line challenges. Minimal maintenance is required
due to Matthews' robust valve jet technology.
The complete
system includes a printhead, ink supply system, printhead controller and
user friendly software. Matthews proven valve technology has created another
solution in the mix of products we have to offer in our Jet A Mark™
family of ink jet systems.
