At Matthews, we understand that you want reliable, quality marking and limited downtime. To help ensure this, we offer both on-site technical service and 24 hour technical phone support. Whether you need to troubleshoot a problem, regular maintenance, or a complex repair, we are here to help.

Help Desk:

We have experienced, knowledgeable service people standing by to assist you.  For United States and Canada, our hours of operation are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, call 1 (800) 775-7775.  After hours, call 1 (412) 365-TECH (8324).  Fax 1  (412) 665-2550.

On-Site Service:

Have one of our professional Field Service Engineers come to your site to evaluate a problem or provide routine maintenance.  Complete the  Service Call Request Form and a Service Engineer will contact you within 24 hours.  Or call the Help Desk number listed above.

*Ask about our Preventive Maintenance Contracts!  Some of the benefits include discounted service rates, discount on parts, and additional on-site training.

Repair Depot:

If your equipment requires repairs beyond your ability or know-how, or if you simply don’t have the resources to provide periodic maintenance, let Matthews take care of it at our Repair Depot.  With a professionally-trained staff of repair technicians, you can rest assured that your equipment has been evaluated, repaired, and tested to perform at peak performance.

*A Return Authorization Number is required before sending us your equipment.

Customer Training Classes:
